• The appointment of a motivated municipal representative who will take part in the audit process and communicate with the advisor.
• Willingness to cooperate on the part of municipal representatives.
• Interest in the development of a family policy in your municipality.
• Attendance at a seminar on audits for municipalities.
• Subsequent approval of participation in an audit by an elected body of a municipality in the form of an “Agreement on Participation”.
• Implementation of the entire audit process within 18 months of the completion of the seminar.
